Joyful Fellowship ChurchHow much effort do we try to put in somethings precious? In today’s India, there are many secular values deeply rooted in the mind of believers. As a result, they have been losing their permanent values. I know these are very sorrowful words to us but it’s true. We experienced it through our church ministry in past. Yes! I am Pastor Mangal Hembram, I am responsible church pastor of Balurgaht Joyful Fellowship Church at Balurgaht, West Bengal in India.
Matthew 28:18-20
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Such this scripture has changed our church values systems, since 2008 we were belonging to an orthodox church, we were focusing on Christian rituals and tried to follow up with them without knowing the correct value of a Christian believer’s life. We were just known as Christian believers by name, instead of living the Christ-centre life.
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. – Romans 8:28”
But God had a different plan for our church, He opened the door of blessing through JFC. In 2013, we were merged with JFC for the same vision of spreading the gospel ministry. We are working under the banner of Joyful Fellowship Church for the last 9 years, our church is actively ministering in the different unreached areas,
Right now we are leading few house fellowships, We are providing free education, hygienic & school supplies for local children and developing the local community through various social welfare activities with JFC.
